Lori

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with a strong foundation in narrative therapy. I believe that every person has a unique story and the inner resources needed to grow, heal, and thrive.

Therapeutic change begins when we feel seen, supported, and safe. I strive to create a warm, affirming environment where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and rediscover hope. Whether you are working through anxiety/depression, addiction, relationship issues, identity exploration, or family dynamics, I am here to help you reconnect with yourself and with others.

I hold a Master of Family Therapy from Drexel University, and a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and Georgia State University, respectively. My clinical background includes experience in mental health, substance use recovery, crisis response, and trauma work with marginalized populations, including survivors of human trafficking, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those involved in the criminal justice system. My approach is systemic, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in harm reduction.

In addition to my clinical work, I served in the U.S. Army and I am the spouse of a U.S. Air Force service member. These experiences have informed my commitment to service, resilience, and the transformative power of human connection.

Originally from the Jersey Shore, I am married with four children and enjoy cooking, traveling, reading, and learning something new every day.

Wherever you are in your journey, I am here to support you—with empathy, compassion, and a deep belief in the possibility of healing and hope.
